Ponte Vecchio (Old Bridge) over the Arno River, in Florence, Italy. I don’t think many people (or any people?) shoot this in B&W, so I’m quite pleased with this non-postcard shot of a tourist landmark.

Besides Cee’s Black & White Challenge: Open Topic, this photo can also be used for this week’s Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge: Bridges … just coincidence 🙂

    Stunning shot. Brilliant reflection – very smooth and it looks like glass more than water. I hope you weren’t fooled and didn’t walk on it. I generally prefer to shoot in colour, but I really like the slight sepia tone in this one 🙂

      Thank you. Coincidentally, I’m at your recent blog page but the “Like” button is taking forever to load. Is there a problem? But the “Like” button seems fine in some of your other pages. Perhaps I’ll try again later.
