Thanks, Janet! Actually, I wasn’t too confident that this is a good choice … perhaps it is more suitable for a “reflection” or “symmetry” theme. But I’m glad you like it. Have a nice weekend ahead!
I love the composition! I was also wondering where you took the pic until I read your comments. We obviously don’t have places like that here, the boats have a gipsy soul and sleep on the beach 😉 have a lovely week!
Haha, prior to your comment, it never occurred to me why the boats need boat-houses! I still do not know the answer, but I guess they are shelters during the harsh Canadian winter (frozen lake, snow storm) … they cannot just sleep on the beach 😛
Love it, Dan. Wonderful choice.

Hi Aleksa, this is at Port Rowan. About 2 hours drive from downtown Toronto. I stumbled upon it while on my way to Long Point Provincial Park.

Wonderful shot, perfect for this week’s theme. Haha, the water looks so still that it looks like a glass floor. Love the composition and colour 🌟

Wonderful capture Jeremy – and while I agree it would work beautifully for “reflections” it also works perfectly for 1/2 and 1/2 IMHO. Loved it.
