The village of Alma (New Brunswick, Canada) boasts the highest tides in the world. This trio of lobster boats have completed their daily catch and are now resting on the mud, awaiting the tide to come in so they would have enough water to launch again.
Love the sepia-toned processing in the foreground. Works well to separate the foreground from the background. Hope it didn’t rain on you while you were at the beach š

I didn’t spend too much time at the beach because I went off to grab seafood takeaway, lol

Three boats are in perfect line! The sepia color of the boasts, the cloudy skyand the calm seashore say much about the daily catching is done and waiting for the next mission. Awesome shot!
It must be a great place to enjoy seafood. š

You bet! I post-processed this a bit and I’m pleasantly surprised that you interpreted correctly about what I was trying to achieve. So I appreciate this comment, Amy š

I’m not a huge fan of sepia, but I’m quite pleased with how it works out here. Glad that someone else loves it too. Thanks, Tina!
