Weekly Photo Challenge: Change

Changing of the Guard

Changing of the Guard

Changing of the Guard in Athens, Greece. The precision drill takes place every hour on the hour. To stop change, you have to freeze time or snap a photo. This is my response toΒ the Weekly Photo Challenge: Change

This is a brilliant capture – right place at the right time, brilliant positioning and angle. It almost looks as if the two men are one. Also love how you put a BW and timeless spin on it – changing of the guard is something that has been around for centuries.

“To stop change, you have to freeze time or snap a photo.” Interesting thought. I think, to freeze time, sometimes all we have to do is stop and enjoy the moment πŸ™‚ Hope you’ve been well and have a good week.
